Stay somewhere else
When we got there, no one was at the desk. There was a phone that said to press 0 for help, but no one answered. We waited for 20 minutes before the desk person came back. Then, we were given a room with no TV and no toilet. They moved us to another room, and the next one was okay. It had a hard mattress, and my son ended up moving to the floor because he said it was more comfortable. The pool was closed for maintenance, but we were told it's been closed for over a year. The breakfast was cold cereal (no Milk) and brown bananas. I would NOT recommend this place for families.

The bathroom was very dirty. The shower would hardly work. The other guest above were very noisy. Plug-ins didnt all work.

TLC needed
The property needs some loving attention to be sure...waterslide was down as was the hot tub. There was a collection of garbage in the ground floor right hallway which was a bit smelly when u walked by...breakfast was OK for the most part however first morning of our stay they were short of stock so breakfast was wellllll...bed was quite comfortable which helps the overall rating
