Check in was nice and quick, and they relayed good, useful information. There are only two ice machines and the one on the 3rd floor doesn't work, so only the 1st floor ice machine works. The linoleum is loose in the room and a bubble has formed, but otherwise the room was nice. My wife loved the table nested under the desk and footstool nested under the coffee table. All in all, a decent room.

Cleanest hotel I’ve been to in awhile. The breakfast was great and the staff so friendly and accommodating. Will be coming back in the future if I need to stay somewhere in Rapid City.

We had a great stay. The staff was very accommodating. We used the breakfast area for a small get together. It worked perfectly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was quite busy and the hallways were a bit noisy. But wasn’t unbearable. My only complaint is that the exercise room was really dirty and the equipment wasn’t very good. But I would still stay here and not base my review on just that.

I didn’t like when I came to check in the room wasn’t ready said it was still dirty so had to wait for that and then when we finally got in the room it smelled like garlic and when we pulled the bed out of the couch there was pills underneath!!!

Great room
They asigned us the handicap room even though it wasn't requested--the room was HUGE! Very nice hotel/room/location only issue I had was the coffee--the first pod I opened was broke open and I was unable to open the others. They do have coffee downstairs but we preferred to go out for breakfast. I was also impressed as to how quiet this hotel was.
