Stayed in a North Tower Ultra Suite for five nights. Amazing room and sea views, great food, choice of restaurants and help with activities. Recommend booking upon arrival for best selections. I think this property is gorgeous, situated between the jungle and the sea, and would definitely return. Use the trolley between areas or walk the many stairs and skip the gym. Areas for improvement: We felt like the time share push was a bit much. Many of the menu options are additional prices, even with AI, and I felt like the liquor always gave us a headache, and we don't drink all that much. Very hard to get a chair by the pool. We frequently used the South tower roof pool, as it was more mellow and the service was definitely better. Five Star service should be anticipated, not a need to be repeatedly asked for. Finally, our Butler was not really present, as I would expect - didn't even come to see us off, however our Butler from Secrets, Isla Mujeres set a very high bar. I believe the Concierge assisted us more frequently and efficiently. All in all, a great experience.

This was the best placed I've ever stayed!!! The staff was impeccable especially Ricardo and Jennifer. The rooftop pool staff was very attentive to our needs. I will definitely return and recommend MOUSAI to my family and friends.

The attention to detail and hotel were magnificent. The only complain is the food was OK and the beach is further than it looks from the resort.
We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Mousai with all inclusive option. Considering what we enjoyed, it is totally worth it. Actually, everything was above our expectations except the sushi restaurant. It was not bad but if they serve more authentic Japanese food, that will be a bonus. Make sure to visit Bianca Blue?, the restaurant near the beach. They serve very delicious Mexican food and the best cocktails among the restaurants. Hotel Mousai is the destination for ultimate relaxation. Strongly recommended for a Romantic gateway!
