Maybe Once Upon a Time
This is not a 4 star hotel by any measure. The accommodations, service, cleanliness and amenities are sub-par. It is a 2 star hotel at best. I had multiple problems that cost me valuable time thanks to incompetent and rude staff. I requested parking and was told to use my room key to access the garage. I had to return 3 times to the front desk to get my key “reprogrammed”. I finally had to be let in through calling the front desk. Turns out the when I checked out, a bag of chips was added to my bill which I never asked for or received and the parking fee was not. So now it is clear that the person who checked me in and reprogrammed my keys 3 times never actually added parking to my room so I would never had access to the garage no matter how many times my keys we reprogrammed. I also was not give the WiFi password at check-in and the front desk would not answer the phone so I had to come down at 11pm to get the pw. The parking garage is an absolute tragedy with trash, graffiti and a broken elevator. The front desk staff are unprofessional and blame the customer for their blatant mistakes. The bathroom is the size of a broom closet and the rooms are dated, dirty and damaged.
