Friendly staff, easy parking, and check-in. I was able to add 8 nights of parking at $3 per night at the time of check-in after I booked the hotel online--of course, I had called the hotel directly before booking the room to enquire about the log-term parking possibility. Loved the hardwood floor in the room--no dirty carpet. Took 4pm shuttle to the airport.
The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.
I found the property to be very clean and upkept well. The manger was very friendly and considerate.
Nice clean small hotel with comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are large and clean. We stayed just one night, and were very satisfied.

Dishonest staff! I accidentally left a Vera Bradley hanging bag with all of my makeup, some jewelry and prescriptions. After 2 months of back and forth with the desk manager, I gave up. I paid postage on a post office flat rate box the very first week and it was never used. Then the manager claimed she shipped it herself but would never verify with which shipper & could never provide me with a tracking number. I do not recommend staying where there are such dishonest people.
We had a late flight into Pittsburgh. We were greeted by super friendly & helpful staff. Property and rooms were very well maintained and clean. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay there again! :)
