Made reservation thru orbitz. Upon check in there was no record. Spent over an hour on phone with orbitz and hotel. Orbitz blamed hotel and hotel blamed orbitz. Who knows??? It was not fun.

Pool area was disgusting! Water green and cloudy hot tub grey and foaming. If we had known that. We would’ve went elsewhere.

This is lovely hotel and the stay was mostly good; however, the fire alarms went off at 10:45 at night one night, waking my son and he was screaming with terror. No ordinary fire alarms. They are so loud my ears were hurting. Apparently it was a malfunction. Ok, fine, I get that. Things happen. The next day, same thing. Screaming loud fire alarms, had to evacuate the building and wait. It put quite the damper on an otherwise pleasant stay.
Great hotel and rooms. Great location. Ask for an odd numbered room and you’ll get to see the runway. Unfortunately my blind was broke when I arrived. Also, the pool seems pretty green.
