Airport shuttle runs 27/7 on the half-hour.
The bathroom, although clean, had a foul order. It smelled like a septic backup. We had to get maintenance involved. Other than that the room was quite comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The cookie was delicious! We also had an unfortunate occurrence at the restaurant called Caroline’s. Our waitress served us dirty dishes. She went and got another set and spilled soda on them and served us a second set of dirty dishes. She said it was not her fault! And, basically accepted no responsibility for serving another round of dirty plates. The manager stepped in and took over waiting on us. Needless to say, we won’t go there again. Next time we’ll walk across the street and get a good old fashion dinner at Bob Evan’s who has better food and for a lot less money! walked across the street and ate at Bob Evan’s!

When I got there I noticed the parking in front of the hotel was pretty crumbly and destroyed. However, inside of the hotel is much different. So inviting. From the fireplace, to the huge Christmas tree, to the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in, to the friendly staff and don't forget your Hilton Cookie. Yea I was surprised too. It was my first time staying at any Hilton Branch Hotel .. will definitely be coming back to this one for sure.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Location was convenient and close to airport. The only thing I didn't like was getting woken up at 8:30am by them checking if we were in room for cleaning when check out wasn't til noon!
It was great there other than the pool being closed. Lots of close food options and shuttle driver was very friendly and took us to restaurants.

I booked this hotel for the sole reason that they had a hot tub and pool listed on the Orbitz website. Only to find that BOTH are closed. Literally, when I searched for this place my main criteria was that there be a hot tub. (There was even a little box you check in the search field) Very disappointing. I could have stayed somewhere closer to home if we just wanted a regular room. (This was just a weekend getaway close to home) Either orbitz needs to do a better job or the hotel needs to communicate more efficiently to them. Either way, I’d like at least a partial refund.
