Neighborhood is so so, hotel is pretty nice though in need of some maintenance and repairs. Room is pretty clean except for one big mildew spot in the shower. Bed is firmer than I prefer but not bad.

The worst… so loud, they gave me a horrible room on the corner. People loudly outside until 12am and again ay 5am in the pool. Worst night of sleep in awhile, would have been better off sleeping in car.

First of all Expedia needs to send an agent to this hotel immediately to get some actual photos because the actual rooms do NOT look a quarter as good as advertised. Called and asked if checking in early was ok, which was never an issue at any other hotel I have been to before. Was told they would have my room ready by 1:45-2:00PM. Went to check in and was told there was no rooms available because they have already been given to other people even though I came in during the time I was told by the desk clerk to come in. Told me it would be about 45 minutes till another room was ready so I waited in the lobby. During which he checked in 4 other families with no issue and gave them keys. To make up for the inconvenience, the clerk "upgraded" my room to a "suite" which did not have the huge shower that I wanted that the room I booked had. The floor was still filthy, and everything had a weird residue on it. Floors had soft spots that was bad enough that it felt like I would go through it. loose wires hung from the ceiling and most of the outlets did not work. The night stands had a "surge protector phone charge station" that had been destroyed. The head board of the bed had gashes in it. The phone to call the desk did not work at all, and both A/C units had not been maintained in a long time, and one of the units had a compressor about to give out and made a lot of noise through out the night.
