The sheets were really stained but we asked for clean ones and they were given to us. The ice machine has been out of order the last 3 times I've stayed here.

This place was terrible! Do not stay here. I checked in, went to my room and immediately booked a hotel room somewhere else. The room and bathroom was dirty, I didn’t even want to sit on the bed let alone sleep in it. The bathroom/shower was gross. I felt unsafe being there as right outside there was a ton of what looked like homeless people having around. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The check in desk staff was pleasant - and refunded our stay - that’s the only positive. the parking lot had people using drugs and what seemed to be a homeless person sleeping. The room smelled like smoke and had mildew. It did not feel safe.

The price that a person has to pay a person would think that the rooms would be fairly clean and decent but no the tub was disgusting with black stains and when you take a shower it fills up with water. The furniture is super old. I never understood why the owners do not update the furniture refrigerator the whole room. People want to stay in a decent clean place not a disgusting old looking place. Please do better. I know I will NEVER stay at this place or any place that is affiliated with this location because more than likely all of their locations will be the same.

When I we reserved this hotel we were promised breakfast pool spa and a suite..we want our money back. Desk.staff was nice but entire hotel is completely falling apart, underwear in garbage can, food left in refrigerator , stained carpet floors drawers and walls. Pool and spa empty no breakfast

For an " Extended Stay" hotel, you would think a microwave and working TVs, electrical outlets, and a working hairdryer would be provided. Water pressure from lavatory was like a firehose, although shower was good, but there was no hair conditioner. You could not open the curtains for light until you could get fully dressed, because there were no sheers. Not that clean, no extra blanket, and I saw a small roach by the window!
