OMG! Where do I begin. I was here with my husband celebrating his birthday. We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was absolutely amazing. Check-in was great. We were greeted with excitement and warm welcome. My husband made reservations at the restaurant on site and my oh my!!!! The food was absolutely delicious! My husband is in culinary arts and he was so impressed with the quality of the food! We ordered the lamp chops and salmon. The salad was delicious as well. The host was very accommodating. Our server was awesome! The next day we were able to partake the bar. My drink was the pineapple something. It was delicious and did the job. The staff also accommodated us with a room change on a higher level. Our last night when we made it back to our room, they had a special treat for my husband’s birthday… we were overwhelmed with joy! This was the cherry on top. A bottle of wine, chacurate board, and a plate of chocolates. We truly enjoyed everything about this place. We can’t wait to go back. Oh and the views are to die for. I’m so glad we followed our first mind and went. Exceptional stay indeed.

Gorgeous views, quiet and great food. Perfect for a romantic getaway. A couple of misses on room service, but nothing major. Difficult to get cabs/uber to get into town, so you will want to reserve ahead of time.

The staff was overworked and complained, out loud, to guests, as they should have. I heard, "I have no clean glasses to serve guests." One manager was rude to his staff. The wait was terrible. 20 mins for a drink?! Several staff members complained to me about a manager that was touching his staff. A woman that I was at the pool with said this same manager said to her very inappropriate things that I can't write on this review. I will never return to this resort, which is sad because the view is beautiful and the staff deserve more.

I’m starting off with the excellent service we received from the bellboys to the front desk, cafe, dining and spa staff! Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable. What a Stunning Hotel! With a nice art collection, we really enjoyed walking past the beautiful telescopes pointed at the sky on our way out during our stay. The restaurant is convenient if you feel like staying in. Good food with a nice relaxing ambience. Rooms are comfortable with beautiful views, personally the room looks better in person than online. We enjoyed the tennis courts and fully stocked gym, clean with complimentary water and towels. I would highly recommended to friends and family. Thanks again staff at ADERO!
