The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was comfortable, well-appointed and very clean. Would definitely stay at the Mint House again, it’s an outstanding value.

Average but not outstanding;
Loved the facilities and the decor. Very comfortable room. Had a hiccup with checking in that was a bit difficult to resolve due to communication issues. Manager was helpful but front desk worker was not really listening to us or to manager, which caused us to go in circles. Essentially, my sister and I both reserved rooms separately, and the front desk accidentally gave her my room. No big deal. It was presented initially as one of us not having a reservation, then I was asked to call my sister (even though I explained multiple times what our different names were). It was a bit exhausting but ultimately fine. We were given a card with the concierge phone number and told to call any time. We did call, and no one answered or called us back. The bed in the room did not have a fitted bottom sheet, just a flat sheet with a flat sheet on top. Certainly not a big deal, but a bit odd. We did have a drink in the bar, and the bar staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall an acceptable experience, but a little disappointing on communication. Would consider staying again given better interactions with staff.

Had an amazing stay. The DL is a gorgeous historic building and the suite didn't disappoint. Very spacious, super comfy bed, great amenities, very clean. Front desk very friendly. Was a little worried about noise based on some other reviews but had no such issue (other than faint traffic every once in a while from street below to be expected dead in the middle of broad street...easily drowned out by in-room fan at night. We were on 9th floor so maybe lower floors hear nightclub). Parking might have been an issue but lucked out with on-street next to building. Location is amazing for a show at The Met (<4-5 min walk). Also <5min walk from South Jazz where we had a divine meal and <3mins from Santucci's... killer late night pizza grub. Only small gripe was the (IMO) invasive biometric check in process...but such is life in 2024 I suppose. Otherwise, A+.
