The staff did an awesome job supporting our special needs requirements as well as early arrival accommodation. Special thanks to the lead manager who went out of her way to provide us an improved room solution (replacing two individual rooms with the executive suite which also allowed for better wheelchair maneuverability).

Thé bedroom was spacious and very clean, with a nice view in the Seine. A shower and a bathtub were also very much appreciated for the little one. Breakfast was amazing and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Special thanks to John, who helped us at the elevator ! A good address to keep, close to all amenities in Paris.

I did not use the hotel's parking service. Other services were great. Close to two metro stations Bir Hakeim and Javel as well as RER/train which runs in the city and the metropolitan area. The hotel has a fitness center and swimming pool and an excellent complimentary/free breakfast. Only thing is that you cannot adjust room temperature on your desired. Airconditioning is very weak and runs all the time. Windows cannot be opened. Also, the hairdryer is 35-45 years old and very weak. I saw a similar hairdryer in the Cosmos hotel in Moscow which was built by the French in 1980s. Overall, the hotel was worth for my money.
Old and run down. Rooms are the size of a shoe box. Room service wouldn’t clean our room because our luggage was opened up on the floor. NOT a 15min walk to the Eiffel Tower as advertised. More like 25min.
