The staff is so friendly & personable. Reka is so friendly! I really appreciate her! The front desk staff & Rony , bellman are very friendly & helpful. What could be improved- Could you put a 24 hour automatic coffee machine in the lobby? That would be quite helpful . Also, bottles of water that we could pour water into glasses in the lobby.

Beautiful hotel with vintage charm to it. You can’t beat the location and proximity to the metro/transportation. They take service seriously and the room was equipped with all the needs of the modern day travelers without losing the authenticity of the European charm.
