Upon checking in early I was given a key to a room that when I opened the door to enter, realized the room was OCCUPIED. I went back downstairs and told the front desk. They were very embarrassed and promised that the early check in fee would be removed because of the issue. Upon leaving the hotel I was told that the fee was not removed and in subsequent emails to management I was told they would not remove the fee. I don't know what's worse, giving someone a key to another guests room or lying about giving a credit because of their mistake. Either way, don't stay at this property!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and our pool view room. Some of the staff were very friendly and they were accommodating when our room air conditioning wouldn’t switch off. No replenishment of our teas in our room however we had a great overall stay and it is very close to transport links to the city centre and Disneyland.
