The staff are excellent. We arrived 2 days before the big nationwide strike in France and the staff helped us rebook our flight to leave Paris before the strike. Don’t know what we would have done if we were trapped with rrrrno flights & train. Thank you so much. We will definitely stay here on our jthe next time we return to Paris.
Most friendly staffs I’ve ever met. I will be back
This hotel is in a great location, anywhere you want to go is about 20-30 minutes walk from the hotel The train station is 2minutes away The only problem we had was with the shower. The pressure of hot water is so low that you can't use their rain shower and you have to use the hand held one Sometimes there was some weird smell in the room but we only stayed at the room for sleeping for no complain there
Can't say enough good about this hotel. We lucked out! The staff is courteous, with excellent English. The interior is minimalistic, elegant, chic. Rooms in Paris are small compared to what Americans are used to, of course, but our room was so well laid out and organized, with everything so intuitive, that it did not matter in the least. It overlooked the beautiful, tiered green patio, with ivy crawling on the white walls. An oasis of beauty and quiet. Best shower ever in the room! Great amenities, including a choice of full or continental breakfast if you need the convenience. The hotel was both aesthetically satisfying and very very comfortable and relaxing. We stayed nine days, not a single complaint.
This hotel is simply charming. It is very quite. The breakfast is fabulous. The hotel staff is helpful and available. The location is outstanding, within easy walking distance of so many of the top sites (e.g. Louvre, Notre Dame, Tuileries Garden, etc.) and super convenient to the Opera Metro station which itself connects extremely well with the rest of the Paris Metro and RER systems. The "artsy" decorations lend a whimsical atmosphere to the hotel. While the rooms are small (especially if they are placing an extra bed to fit 3 people into a two person room), they are very nice and clean with very comfortable beds, separate bathroom with step-in tubs/showers and in-room coffee maker and refrigerator (mini-bar). Even the small old-style elevator serves to enhance the experience of being in Paris. I highly recommend this hotel.
We were treated very well by everyone. Looked like the room had been remodeled recently.
