Had. A great stay. Everything was perfect
Typical European hotel. Middle of the road. Breakfast wasn’t terrible. Clean room. Slightly pricey for what you get. European hotels are NOT the same as US hotels. So don’t expect the same experience! Be content with a clean room and move on. PS. Why not fitted sheets?? Or washcloths?? Drives me crazy!
This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had adjoining rooms for our family of 5, which was nice. We didn't get to enjoy the pool due to rain, but the breakfast buffet was plentiful. My only complaint was the overcrowding of the buses, but overall we had a great stay.
From our first night until checkout our stay was horrible! There was no air conditioning! That alone was the top frustrating thing for us , a couple who went on vacation from the United States. Ok so we called the receptionist to ask for a couple of plastic spoons however they never answered. I called from my cell phone and guess what, they didn’t answer either. It just rang and rang and rang. And when I called the extension for room service a guy answered and told me to go to the reception desk. So I did and no one knew what they were doing. I asked for a couple of plastic spoons and everyone was like “OMG what are those?” Like umm…. Ok… anyways so I waited like 3 days to get some spoons and they were metal spoons. Also the toilet never flushed, and the sink was backed up. We couldn’t even turn it on for 10 seconds and we had to wait almost 3 mins for it fully drain. The receptionist told us “oh we upgraded and we gave you the biggest room available” so we were like “whoa ok cool!” And we were happy until we walked into our room and saw 3 beds and no air conditioning. And enough coffee for only 2 cups. Let’s just say our stay was horrific. And the cigarette smell everywhere. Ugh it was pathetic. And the room had to iron or iron board. Our over all stay was pretty bad I’d say. Especially the temperature. Ugh I feel the owner of this hotel should invest a little more money on staff and maintenance rather than the aesthetics of the place. It’s a beautiful place but needs help.
Great property with a free shuttle to the parks and free parking!
Good location and rooms. Property is under going Renovations so the grounds were no maintained or accessible
Excellent property free shuttle bus to DLP
Nice family rooms with bunk beds. The property grounds were in terrible shape. All the shrubs were overgrown and the grass looked it hadnt been cut in years. The restaurant was overpriced for subpar food. The breakfast buffet lacked and served the same items everyday which made for unneeded repetition. Especially when staying for several days.
