This was the second time staying at this hotel. As the room has balcony, We could enjoy fantastic Eiffel view all day. The Staff RABAH was kind and friendly. Location was perfect as well.

Great location. Cross from the metro station "La Motte Picquet Grenelle"... very easy access to and from the airport CDG.. take number 10 from La Motte Picquet Grenelle to Cluny La Sorbonne station then transfer to RER B to CDG. It costs only 10 euro.. compare to 55 euro taxi fare... Also there is a supermarket named Monoprix ( one of the major supermarkets of France) around the corner and tons of restaurants, cafes and bars... Eiffel Tower is in a walking distance and some rooms have partial view of the tower.. the hotel is clean, comfortable and safe...
Is a good apart hotel with a excelent location.The staff is excelent with Alexis in the front desk. Once time in a week they clean the rooms and in our (room 304)we hasn't broom and shovel to made the dairy clean.

The hotel is perfectly positioned for metro access. This was a big positive, but the room came with problems. The mattress was rock hard and the room smelled of fish. It was a constant smell no matter what we did to get rid of it. This made our stay funky. You noticed the smell every time you re entered the room. Otherwise I would stay here every time.
My stay at Citadines was perfect! My room was on the 6th floor and had a great view of the eiffel tower. The walk to the tower was only 10 minutes. The room was newly renovated and was super clean. McDonalds and Starbucks were directly downstairs. Also supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants all near. Tons of shopping in area as well. The staff was super friendly and accommodating!!! The room had a fridge, stove, microwave, iron, ironing board, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pans. It was just awesome!!! I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel!!!
I SPENT A WEEK IN NOVEMBER. THE STAFF WAS JUST FANTASTIC IN PARTICULAR LAURENT. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND THE LOCATION JUST GREAT.
Internet was NOT wireless. You cannot get internet on your phone should you need it, it is via wire. Should you incur any charges while staying, like 14 Euro breakfast per person which consists of cereal, yogurt and prepackaged muffins, I would carry extra cash as their credit card machine does not work and the attitude of the desk person at time of checkout was rude and nonchalant, very unhelpful and a turn off. Bathroom had holes in the walls and bed was stiff and room cleaning (sheet changing) is not included. It comes at a charge also. There was a water boiler and kitchenette in room which was very nice, however, no tea/coffee was provided, so prepare to buy your own. Location was across the street from the metro and a ten minute walk from the Eiffel Tower - which was PRICELESS.
We stayed for two nights and when we got there the room was not ready and staff told us that we can put our luggage in the luggage room and come in 45 mins. After 11 hours of flight can you believe that they wanted us to still wait for the room. The hot water ran out the first night and did not come back until we were leaving.. the hot management needs to do a lot of work!!! overall the stay was very unpleasant....
when we checked in, instead of an apartment, they booked us in two studios, separating our family. the next day, they moved us in an apartment. unfortunately my daughter left her sneakers in the studios. the next night, we requested the staff to return the items left in the room. they said, they have no access to the lockers and will have to be mailed later at our cost. i think thats not fair and citadines should pay and send the items to us in usa.
