need better appliances, beds, an showers and a bigger parking lot

Rude staff, no linens, boards up bc of dangerous conditions, mold in rooms, stunk, sinks wouldn’t drain. Very unsafe and unhealthy environment! Noise from alarm and couldn’t sleep Needs to be reported and shut down!

My wife and I booked a room from 6/18 to 6/22. We stayed in a first floor room at the ramada by Wyndham in Panama City beach. We had no internet during our four night stay. I have complained to the front desk every day, over 6 times now. After working in a I.T. department for 27 years, I can’t understand why they can’t do a simple job like rebooting a router and then making sure it works. I am using the lobby internet to send this. Also in the room cell phones only get one bar reception. Our bathroom vanity drain would not stay open and the bathtub had no stopper so my wife could take a bath. Also, no trash bags to put wet towels in to get changed out for fresh ones. When I went to the front desk and got trash bags, I put out the dirty towels. I didn't receive clean ones in return. The mattress on both beds are lumpy. The room smells like mildew. The front of the doors has no lights to be able to see the room number without a flashlight. There are no lights at all in the back of the property. I showed the front desk pictures of a side wall going down the ramp to the 1st floor showing the side wall having fallen debris and parts about to fall, hopefully not on a person. The only positive has been the front desk personnel. We would like to know what compensation will be given for what has turned out to be the worst motel/hotel stay in all of my 73 years. Glad to say tonight is our last night at this property. I would have left earlier if our reservation was not prepaid.

1st room they gave us was on 1st floor away from everyone and the key stopped working so I carded it and got myself right in when I told the Lady at the front desk all she cared about was. Did I put anything in the room? Before she would switch us to a safer room. Then they showed me 2 rooms only 1 of them you couldn't card. You smell weed through the halls and outside your room. If not that your smellings sewage water by pool pump. If you try to talk to front desk about issues, they talk in another language to each other and ignore what you say! Pay a little more money and stay somewhere else its not safe here ...

Update! Everything needs updating. Old. Musty. Dirty. Take the time to update the property

poor condition - terrable matress

Property is falling apart paint, smells pool deck has hole that people could trip, it was rainy days so when it rains water was coming to the room cause the gutter was broken so it was leaking the water to the room. Pool are needs to be clean and repair the floors.Nice location but hotel bassically needa to be torn down a make new one cause it is a low rate 1 below star

Nice clean hotel, right on the gulf.

Dont dtay here so.many issues def to nasty for the price

worst conditions this hotel should by close, areas under repairs, with no safety for public and the rooms smell bad

The location was good. The floor covering was unidentifiable. There were holes in the wall. The door had obviously been forced and would not close properly. The bathroom was disgusting.

Honestly they need to do better they’re making money so they need to upgrade starting from the whole building inside & out. We stayed there for 4 days service was terrible the tv is really old & small like a laptop not to talk of WiFi really poor, connection so you can’t even use your phone if your phone doesn’t have a fast data . We ask to a common towel it was given to us the next day. As soon as we got there a lot of people are coming to complain about stuff I almost changed my mind but we didn’t have no choice because this our first time in Panama City so we don’t know where to look for a better place. We checked in 03/24/21 and we checked out on 03/28/21 . They’re fooling people with nice pictures of the room and everything on the website but the actual place is so ghetto is like some gang motel we see in movies I was really disappointed I will never ever go there or recommend this place to anyone.

Not what I would expect for a Wyndham hotel. For $200 room it needs to be updated a lot

This property was horrible. It started off while checking in, the lobby smelled horrible. There was one person at the desk checking people in. She worked so slow and was not friendly at all. The building was crumbling literally, with areas taped off. The room was sub par. It worked but there was stains in the bathtub, the chairs on the porch were very cheap plastic. We didn’t even eat breakfast here because I don’t know how food could come out of a lobby that smelled like that.

It looks like every room in this hotel has a balcony looking out over the beach. It is also connected to a beachfront restaurant and bar, which is very convenient.
