BEAUTIFUL VIEW! I rarely write reviews but this place surprised me! I planned a last min trip with my teenage daughters for Spring Break to PCB. This place was affordable and reviews were good so I gave it a try. PERFECT! The view was amazing, it was right on the beach with a great view of the Gulf and white sandy beaches plus you could see the pier. Beach access was very easy and not crowded at all. The room was spacious, with 2 queen beds & a small kitchen. No carpet! I loved. Free, easy parking. I loved the large balcony with table and chairs, we had coffee out there every morning. Walmart 7 target were a 3 min drive away, among other shopping! Pier Park with all the restaurants, like Margaritaville, Dick's last resort, Back Porch etc, & action were a 5 ish min walk down the street. Their pool was smaller but very clean (I believe it was a salt water pool) and small hot tub & we loved the sun deck with loungers & table and chairs with views of the ocean. The little Tiki Bar was affordable & convenient, but nothing glamorous if that is what you are looking for. My only complaint is they allow smoking on their property outside. One woman lit a cigarette & blew it our way while laying out, 2 chairs down from me. there are ash trays everywhere. Also one morning the guests one balcony below us were smoking ALL morning long & it kept blowing up to us. that was the only issue we had and I will say it was not terrible and most people were respectful & not a lot of smokers. CLEAN!
