We called and asked if their hot tub was open, they responded yes. We booked two rooms. Upon checking in we were told the hot tub was closed and no one had called them to confirm. After some banter they stated they would refund our money. They refunded one room and not the other. When I called to follow up the lady was rude and hung up on me stating she couldn’t transfer me to manager. I called several times and their response was it wasn’t their problem and to call the credit card company. DONT STAY HERE!!!!

I don't like the room condition of Pillowcase, bed sheets, and restroom --- overall is dated. The front desk service is poor on the second date of our stay. The stuffs need additional training of how to treat customer better in answering questions and attitude wise.

Awake at 5:00 AM in the morning by some people speaking and laughing out loud in the lobby. The room was to close from the lobby which is not appropriate at all.

The hotel was well-kept and staff was very friendly. Breakfast started at 6:30, which was a bit too late for me to enjoy, as I had to leave early each morning for my plans. Toiletries were minimal, no lotions and very TINY bottles of shampoo and conditioner, so be sure to bring extra. The pool and hot tub were still closed for winter (which was a large part of the reason that I wanted to stay here). There was only a shower in my room, no tub, and the shower head was old and affixed to the wall, water pressure was barely there when I attempted to shower early in the morning. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I could have found a cheaper room for the weekend to fit my needs.
