My room was a double. With 1 towel, 1 wash cloth. Almost impossible to get any from staff. Key had to be programmed every day. Thick Black mold all over the bathroom ceiling and starting down the walls.
I liked the location, it was close to Sea World. I didn’t like how dirty the room was, the mold on the walls, layers of dust on AC vent, broken lamps. Overall, not a good feeling to stay at this hotel!
This place is terrible!!! The amenities are very very old. the wifi doesn't work at all, and the staff is not helpful. i also found some red spots on my body, and i think there are bed bugs in the room i lived in. the breakfast is a joke, as it doesn't even have milk, butter, cream, and forks.
This property was not clean at all, the wall had blood all over it and the sheets were not clean.
The bed sheets, pillow case, floor were all dirty. Please make sure to wash the sheets for the next user!
I liked the free shuttle service to the airport and cheap prices
After we checked in we found mold and cockroaches in our rooms. We were told to call orbitz to get refund. Orbitz would not help. We did not stay there after we found bugs! Terrible experience.

I love the swimming pool. The deep side is 8 feet, and the water is clean and warm!

The place was nothing like it look the keys don't work i have to go get someone to come open the door everytime. The water in the sink was only dripping i reported it nothing was done about it.
This property is a NIGHTMARE!! Everything was terrible. when we checked in we found the stuff litterally in pajamas. The lady in the front office treated us in a very rude way she didnt care for her guests. No wifi in the rooms. We changed two rooms. The rooms are terrible. Bugs everywhere. The beds and pillows are not comfy at all. We didnt sleep for 1 hour. Bugs bites all over our bodies. We wasted $50 on the floor Save your money and yourself.
