After the hotel ran my credit card the morning of my check in they told me they would be running my credit card for an additional $50 deposit at check-in. Instead they ran my credit card for $90.75. I called down to the desk to find out why the additional amount and they told me they were too busy with other customers that they would have to call me back and they did not. I went to the front desk and I politely told them that I’m a customer just like everybody else and I need to be Having my concerns in my turn. They claim the additional amount with sales tax. But then on my check out two days later they ran it again so now they have tied up $181 on my credit card. They claim that the computer did it. And they could not give me a receipt they told me that would have to come through Orbitz. I still have these two deposit plus sales tax amounts pending on my credit card now one day after check out. If they don’t do the right thing I will have to contact Orbitz as well as my credit card company. This is ridiculous.
