This hotel was great, very convenient, nice room. Breakfast was good except the potatoes, they were watery and almost frozen.
Clean and convenient
The nighttime desk clerk was rude and charged me unauthorized fees already paid. The bathroom was filthy. The tissue cover was dirty and sticky and was also stuck to counter with something sticky and gross. The bathtub was so dark and grimy that I was afraid to even step in for a shower.

We waited in line to check in for over an hour. Then bunches of shady people came in and at that point my wife and kids lefts and didn't even check in. And they still proceeded to charge us.

The Queen size beds are more like Double beds.
The room was very poorly lit, stains and hairs on the bed, dead bugs on the floor, broken cupboard door where the mini fridge is and a defect in the TV. We've usually had good luck with Hampton Inns but this one was definitely sub-par.
