It was very nice. Workout equipment in the room was interesting, but generally a good place to stay.

its a very nice property however there is an old hotel that was converted to an apartment ironically we stayed there at that hotel a few years ago. there was drug trafficking and the hotel was sirty and unkept. smelly dirty carpets old bathrooms. no wonder its no longer a hotel but it is is still uninviting currently

Noisy...constantly heard a banging metal pipe sound for several days... maybe construction/renovation in the hotel somewhere. Also, this hotel is right next to a busy road with loud cars every morning. Add in other guests beside us or above us and housekeeping and we had the worst 5 nights of sleep in a hotel ever. Our only other complaint was the poor shower design. Its open/doorless design makes the floor outside the shower endlessly wet and makes for chilly showers.

Clean. The rooms are spacious and great for families. The lobby has a nice area to play games. The staff was very friendly.

When entering the property it seemed fine. But then once we got to the elevators you could smell cigarette smoke the trim was falling off walls and stains on the carpet. Ice machine in hall was in disarray. We entered our room and the Bathroom door was a sliding door that was off track and one of the sliders was broken off. The bathroom has mold and broken chunks of drywall around the bottom. Their was hair around the edges of the bathroom. The room smelled like smoked and the ceiling had water damage that was poorly repaired. But none of that compares to when my wife and I along with our 2 and 5 year old tried to sleep. Above us was a person who was literally stomping back and forth across their room. This went on for about 5-6 hours, I called front desk then an hour later after it didn't get any better I went down to talk with the front desk about it. He said he went up there and didn't hear anything. I told him it's still going on and if he didn't take care of it then I was going to. Another hour goes by and I start beating on the ceiling of our room which started a massive fight between my wife and I. After all that it finally stopped around 3am which we fell asleep and had to wake up at 6am to drive 5 hours back home. I should of just not stayed there and drive straight thru the night. What a joke of a hotel and it's staff.

Room was oddly designed for a suite. Felt too open. Not what I was expecting. There was an issue with the fire alarm going off in the early morning. No apology was given at checkout. It was quite annoying. Lastly, the room was noisy with hearing guests throughout the night.

Beds are always comfy. I just can't seem to get over the fact that the Even charges their guests to park in their parking lot! There are tons of beautiful hotels in this area and guests chose to stay with you, and now you want to charge them $15 a day! Just blows my mind! We have no issues with dogs, but there was so much poop in the grass on that highly charged parking lot property. There are parking spots on the street probably closer than your actual parking lot that are 10hr spots for a quarter a hour! We called down to get some extra shower towels that were never delivered. The pool was VERY cloudy and smelly. This used to be our favorite hotel in Omaha.

It was enjoyable

Clean

No complimentary breakfast. But staff were amazing. Rented a 2 room hotel kids room could use a tv. Overall good place to stay

We had an amazing experience at this hotel, everything was perfect thank you .

Breakfast was sooo lame!

We were really impressed with the hotel! We stayed in the “bunk bed suite” and our kids were excited to call that area “their room”. The extra space was a nice surprise Ave everything was super clean! We will definitely be staying here every time we’re in Omaha!

Spacious and clean
