Excellent place to stay the beds were so comfortable

Awesome, I’m impressed by them. Bear service yet.gzglzlgxkgzltzlfzg

Hotel was dirty with same piles of linens in hallways for 2 days, no outlet covers, bathroom doors that don't close, pool was gross...yuck.

Very friendly service...clean rooms....close to food and shopping.... comfortable sleeping

Not a 5 star hotel but enough to sleep at. Plus rates are affordable.

Less than stellar experience. Only stayed there because it was one of the last places with rooms available due to Berkshire meeting. Never again.

It is ok. Old place needs updating . We just needed a bed to sleep, got in at 10 pm and left next day 9am. I don't think a soccer mom from the suburbs who is use to Holiday inns would like it. I have stayed at worse places.

The staff is great very comfortable place to stay very affordable it's my second home

First of all, don't expect a four/five star hotel. It is the cheapest one I can find for the time and location. Actually not bad. The room has everything we needed: bath and shower, king size bed, big TV, microwave, phone (didn't use it), fridge, hair dryer, etc. Everything is kind of old but still working. We didn't have time to use the pool, I saw lot of people using it, looks fun.

This hotel needs an urgent makeover. Even low end motels have newer showers/ sinks/ carpets. The staff was fine

The hotel didn't feel clean, old comforters, old layout

Great place to stay friendly staff convenient location

Overcharged on room rate, roaches in pool area, chards of glass in jacuzzi, hard to get additional towels and continental breakfast is not gluten free as no fruit or yogurt available.

The room could've been cleaner... the staff could've been more helpful...

Smells like cigarettes and wet dog. Looks halfway to abandoned. Cheerful front desk though.

Unfortunately this stay was a terrible experience. On the way to our room the hallways smelled of cigarettes. Our beds were very unclean. The fitted sheet on one of the beds had a yellowish colored stain about the size of a dinner plate. We checked in around 10 pm and were very tired, so we kept our street clothes on and used our own blankets to sleep. The pillows on the bed were flat. The shower curtain was very dirty.

Walking into the hotel I knew it wasn't the nicest of them out there but I thought the deal I got was pretty good. I chose to pay a little more and stay at this hotel instead of a cheaper one because it had a hot tub. However the hot tub was out of order the whole stay and they refused to give any kind of discount. On the 2nd day I seen a couple cockroaches in the room so I notified the front desk. They said someone would come spray that day. The next day I found them again so I checked out early and stayed with family. The hotel owners did not want to make the situation right. They said there are no refunds and left it at that. I understand things happen but when management isn't willing to make it right for the visitor, there's something wrong. Was also woke up the first night by banging on a door down the hall stating they were the police. When I opened my door, it wasn't the police it was the hotel staff! I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

This hotel was horrible. Pool was green. Manager wasn't friendly. The heat in our room didn't work. Whirl pool was broke, but was price was okay for the area.

Let me start off with the con: the entrance to the hotel is kinda hidden down a smaller path, we missed it the first time. The hotel is nice and modern. There is a heated indoor pool, which was nice since we went in winter. The room was clean and spacious. It's close to downtown and has both food and gas nearby.

it was decent for the price the staff was nice it was roof over our head
