Front desk seem on drugs . Hallways and hotel smelled like cigarettes. Buffet was horrible . Rooms were ok but toilet and shower was leaking.

Disgusting place, had to change rooms 4 times and still was bad. Some other AmericInns are decent but this one is a complete nightmare, never stay here, even the staff working says the place is a dump.

Having stayed at many AmercInns before, I thought this was a great choice. Outside looks great. Inside not great. Room was clean looking, but bathtub was moldy as was refrigerator. Noise from refrigerator kept multiple room guests awake as did noise intrusion from other guests in hallway. Though staff was polite, I left feeling underwhelmed.

The hot tub was not working. The pool opened at noon! In the room, there was no ice bucket, no glasses or cups, no shampoo, the electrical outlet on one side of bed didn’t work & the one on the other side had a multi outlet plugged into it which is probably not code. There was a coffee maker, but nothing to go with it. The sliding front door did not work. It had to be manually opened. The juice dispenser had 4 spiggets, but there was only one juice container inside & it was empty. The ceiling above the check-in counter was missing panels.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures. The beds are tiny. Maybe full size!! The walls were dirty, the bath toilet set was broken and had to be plunged multiple times. There were holes in the shower curtain. The breakfast was free but never filled so everything was out. The waffle mix tasted old.

This property is literally falling apart and dirty. The staff is often no where to be found at the front desk and when you do find someone, they are rude and refuse to help you. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’d avoid it at all costs if I were you.

The overnight staff was amazing. He was so helpful and nice.

Hotel smells musty and vaguely like smoke. The “breakfast” was waffles and stale cereal. The hot tub was “waiting for a part to be repaired” my guess is that it has been waiting for a part for months!

The hotel was in a poor state. Broken locks on doors. The picture in the post hardly resembles the property now.

We had the most horrible experience at this location. The ceiling was falling in/missing in a lot of the location. We had to switch rooms due to filth and lack of running water. The drains were clogged. The management was rude and unhelpful. The "breakfast" was disgusting and the whole eating area was filthy. We stayed here a few years ago and really liked it. It's shocking how much it has gone downhill. There were transients living in the parking area. Will not ever stay there again! Our rooms were non-refundable so we stayed, but I had to go buy cleaning products just to make it 2 nights.

Property was so run down. Lawn hadn't been mowed in months and the inside was so neglected.

Breakfast sucks

The man who checked us in took a solid hour. And we had already paid online

The hotel was older which was fine. The fire exit didn’t work by room 101–the door wouldn’t open from the outside or inside. Rooms were clean.

Two of us checked in. Carpet was ripped, tattered and missing in spots on our floor. The walls were scuffed up and the elevator banged up. Our card didn’t open our door the first time, nor the second keycard, OR the third attempt with new cards for the adjoining door!😡 With the disarray of the surroundings and a police officer visiting the front desk, we decided to cancel and leave. I’m surprised Wyndham has their name attached!

Staff is not the best when it comes to customer service. He kept mispronouncing my name after I kept correcting him.They required a credit card in case you damage something in the room and when you book the room they don’t mention that. The hotel inside needs a lot of work, the roof above the reception desk is quite damaged, the lights throughout the halls are also pretty bad. There’s sections with the light protection and some don’t have anything. The beds are small, and the furniture sofa they have inside the room is so dirty. The shower tub also has some stains. It seems like the property hasn’t been taking care of.

My room had some maintenance issues such as the bathroom sink faucet was extremely loose , a lamp next to the bes was broken. There was no shower curtain in my shower. I found a bed bug and due to my inability to find another vacant room last minute was switched to another room.
