We have stayed here several times and always had a great experience. The hotel is lovely. The restaurant is great, and it essentially located within walking distance to everything in Bricktown.

The elevators did not work and there was limited access to stairwells. The hotel was significantly busy which made getting to/from our hotel room to the lobby very inconvenient. I have never had to wait 20 minutes for an elevator before. The stairs were also not available for guest use, which I believe poses a significant safety threat. Lastly, the hotel was overbooked and I did not even stay in the room I had booked. Would not recommend.
