This was our 2nd time staying here. Property is nice, clean, and quiet. The hot tub was broken our 2nd time here and the the bed was a little bit uncomfortable, but over all a great place to stay.

There were no cups in the room for coffee, ask they said they had them next to the continental breakfast, they did not. The next morning no cups at breakfast and there was 1 small muffin and we were there 15 minutes after the start time. The TV in our room only got 1 channel. Looked out of a dirty or bad window to see a junk pile. All and all I we will never stay there again, and think we should get a refund.

Clean enough, but short staffed. No phones in rooms. Hot tub was too cold. Ice machines not working.
