The bed had hair on it. The couch had massive stains everywhere. The tv counter was not cleaned and something black and stckiy in the shape of stickers were not cleaned up. The heat did not work so they gave us a dirty dusty portable heater to plug in. I drove for about five hours yesterday after dealing with an unexpected family emergency and I couldnt go to sleep in my room. Nor could I be accommodated with another room. I arrived at 4:45. I had to wait until 8am 4/27 to assist me. I slept in my car until someone was available. Once they switched my room, the beds were so disgusting that myself and my partner slept in our clothes. We couldn’t even lay our heads on the pillows because of the dust and nastiness of the saliva. The heat did not work so they brought a long extension cord and portable heater to my room along with a small microwave to plug up because the microwave did not work. I felt very unsafe. The bathroom was dirty and towels and clothes had rust on them so I purchased my own towels and washcloths. I am a very clean person with OCD. I refused to shower in that bathroom as well as my partner. We cleaned our bodies at the sink. The aide door to the hotel was not locked at all. It remained open all night and I felt unsafe in more ways then one. Especially, with the electrical cords being plugged up in my room to the portable heater and microwave. The best part about my stay was the ocean view. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND. Not happy at all about my visit.
