The hotel is right on industrial next to the freeway, the hallway to the room looks like a dive hotel, it's basically a truck stop hotel. The hotel will only give out passwords for two devices. In 2023 this is unacceptable. I ended up using my hotspot due to the internet getting bogged down. The cleanliness of hotel on the hallways was disgusting. There was no elevator. No elevator, we had a lot of fun carrying my my luggage up stairs. No Blankets! COLD at night!! Next day - we had to ask for blankets.

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean
When I checked in I was asked if the ID I handed the receptionist was me. I said yes and then was asked in confusion where the 2nd adult I had booked for was and I pointed to my friend standing behind me. I was then asked again where is the 2nd adult that I had booked for was and again I pointed to my friend. Once I was given the card I went to my room to realize I can't connect to the wifi. I called and was told to come back down for the paperwork I needed to use the wifi and then I went back up to the room. I then realized their was only 1 wash cloth and 1 towel for both me and my friend in a room with 2 queen size beds. I called back down and was told that they would be given to us at 8am when 1 of their associates got there. We woke up and at 8am nobody showed up so I called and was told we would get them shortly. 15 minutes passed and I called again and was told they were in the dryer. 15 more minutes and I called again upset at this point and was told again that they would be up shortly. Finally the associate showed up with her phone speaking to me in English saying she needed the towel and wash cloth already in our room. I proceeded to hand her the towel and wash cloth and she handed me the new ones and started speaking to me in Spanish. As I didn't know Spanish I had to grab my friend who was still in his pj's for him to translate for me. She told me in Spanish are you staying for just 1 day? and then proceeded to tell me to make sure you check out at 11am.
Very very bad experience. The guy who checked me in threw my id, cc, and room key to me. Which was strange bc it was a slot window. He acted like i interrupted him. I wouldn't recommend or go back. They don't tell you the room doesn't come with refrigerators
There are no amenities like hair dryer or water bottle or a fridge. It’s just an okay place for stay

Bad odor in the lobby. Key card maker was broken - we had to be escorted to the room SERIOUS breach of security when someone entered our room at 12.40am - said they were confused - how is that possible - another guest could not have a key !! Only someone in management could have been responsible This property is NOT recommended
The hotel room towels are extremely dirty, I can see the dark and yellow spots all over and hairs. It was very discusting.
The hotel was nice and inexpensive and the guy who checked us in was very friendly. My one negative about our experience is that my husband and I got in very late from and overtime Giants game so we were trying to sleep in and house keeping came loudly tapping on the door with a room key and proceeded to enter our room at 8:30 am. Granted we should have placed a “do not disturb” sign on our door but we never thought they would come and disturb us at 8:30 am. We are parents, I am full term pregnant with our second and were kid free so we were really looking forward to sleeping in.
