The hotel advertised that they had a nice pool and spa. This was one of the main reasons that we chose the hotel. On arrival, we found that the pool and spa were closed for renovation. Why did they not explain this in their booking ad?

The room was quiet and spacious. The only thing I didn't like was the bath tub was smaller than I thought.

We stayed here for one night. The location was great, near to shops and restaurants. Parking was easy and close to entrance. Check-in was very fast and staff was extremely friendly. The hotel does not feel newly updated but you can tell that the staff is doing a wonderful job trying to keep it clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean. Our King size bed was clean and very soft. Our kids had a lot of fun at the pool and jacuzzi area since it was a hot Summer day. The breakfast room provided light snacks throuhgout the day with milk, yogurts, cereal, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

My husband and I stayed here for a family visit and it has become our go to place since. Most hotels in the area are comparably priced and equal in amenities but the staff here have just been wonderful - always genuinely polite and accommodating. Most recently I stayed for a funeral and they found a quite place for us to talk with the minister after hours. I have also booked my mother, who has limited vision, here because I know if she needs a little extra help it will be there.
