Friendly staff, very clean
I find the hotel clean and tidy. However, the wi-fi was down for the duration of our stay. Moreover, there was no word from the manager, but only from the front desk clerks that the wi-fi is down - no other clarifications. Availability of wi-fi was one of the amenities included when we booked this hotel. So, I find the charges over-priced and we did not get what we paid for. I'll have second thoughts to booked in this hotel again.

So I had seen reviews about not getting the room you ordered and the reviews were right. I ordered a King with sofa bed and I did not get it. I called the front desk and I was told since I ordered through a third party, it was not guaranteed. We needed the sofa bed and it made the night very inconvenient. The front desk staff was not friendly at all and the location is not the greatest.
Unknown surchages snd deposits where unheard of.
This is by far the best hotel at the Oakland airport. Staff is wonderful. Very clean. And nice bar/cafe with good drinks and food.
The Television setup was extremely disappointing. The TV was made in 2009 (Sticker on the back of the TV). The TV channels were all low def and the wrong aspect ratio. This is pathetic and should not be so in 2022!

Convenient, affordable. Lack of dining facilities, no shuttle van. Hotel arranges for a Lyft ride from airport. Somewhat annoying after five hour flight.

Place was clean and room was as pictured. However, I did not realize they charge for parking (possibly my oversight) and in the middle of the night, the room alarm clock started blasting and scarred the hell out of me and I couldn’t go back to sleep after that. Lots of noises could be heard from outside, the hallway and the neighboring rooms. I did not sleep well and I’m a heavy sleeper. Plus there is no room service either. The stay would have been fine if the alarm clock hadn’t woke me up. Maybe they can turn off the alarms after each guest checks out
