Bad customer services, never ever stayed at hotel with bad attitude almost whole crews of the hotel employees, I paid for stay, not free, stay away from this hotel everything about this hotel is bad $350/night is not worthy. I have bad vacation because of this.
The location was great and the staff were very friendly. However our bathroom sink was very small and made the use of the bathroom very uncomfortable.
Pretty OK hotel for the price, the facility is a bit dated but kept clean and in good condition, and there were free DVD rentals which the kids liked. On the other hand, the room had only one, non-full-sized mirror and there was construction going on across the street the whole stay which started early in the morning, so not very quiet. And the continental breakfast had plenty, but the wait staff constantly reminded everyone that it absolutely closes at 9:30 a.m. because they have to go home. So you couldn't arrive at 9:00 a.m. and take your time comfortably, or relax with your last cup of coffee after 9:30 a.m., they would literally kick you out. Otherwise, we had a good stay.
Dated property. Our room was next to the elevators and we could hear the elevator making noice all night. Avoid rooms thats are 301-1801 (rooms next to elevators). The continental breakfast was okay, however pay $6-8 and eat at the main restaurant. Our first room smelled like urin and we weee upgraded to pur second room which was spacious but loud. I went to the ABC Store and bought.earplugs. I will say location was fantastic only a 3 minute walk.

Or what I was staying at the resort is weekend. We had a very good time. Will come back again.
Water in bathtub did not drain out good
This is the second time we stay at Waikiki resort our family loves it very friendly staff.
In 2021 we stayed at this hotel and it was much better under the old management. This time, we found roaches in the bathroom, my friends stayed on another floor and also found a cockroach in the middle of the night, then they got locked out twice when the digital key didn't work. On top of that, the resort and parking fees were ridiculously high. We come back to Oahu almost every year but will not ever stay there again and will not recommend to anyone. The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Very disapointed!

This hotel is a must! Great Team all around. Branden and team make you feel like family. We have been coming here for years and there's a reason. Clean rooms and great location. Nice complementary continental breakfast to have a little something light is perfect. Staff at the breakfast are caring. Cleaning staff and manager are super attentive. I have all great things to say!
Great location for shopping and beach. Rooms need to be updated. Shower too small, no place to put shampoo, etc. Lobby is very nice compared to our room.
Location was amazing for access to everything and just steps to the beach. Hotel service was very good, easy check in and check out and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are abit dated but for us it was all about the location so close to everything and the beach.
