there is lots of construction around so can’t walk because there are many streets closed. i went in late may. wished also told me about the see through door when someone is showering you can see a shadow of them showering. i went with a family member. other than that i love it exceptionally the beach.

Mold in the shower, hardest bed ever and nothing to make better , elevator’s broke down got stuck in the for 15 min. Low quality liquor, jacuzzi didn’t work , out dated spa . Food was over cooked selection was terrible. this is a 2 1/2 star not 5 and we feel like we got taken advantage of.

It would have probably been better if we hadnt been oferred an upgrade when we checked in and then told it wasnt available after a bunch of back and forth. For the price we paid, we expected a little bit of a better view and experience. The buffet food was better than most others we've been to but the spa was crap. The bathroom in the spa was so disgusting and dirty- linked to the gym- and not well kept. Our view was of a construction site and parking lot. Lots of construction noise while trying to relax on the beach. Service was good except for the communication about the upgrade. We will try a different resort in the future.
