Fantastic location near lots of shopping and food options. Shuttle to beach available, but we never used it because the walk was not far and the weather in Aruba is amazing. We enjoyed our daily walks.
The location of the hotel in Palm Beach was a great home base to see all the wonderful beaches in Aruba. The vibe of the hotel was very peaceful. The infinity pool was wonderful. The hotel was fully occupied but everything never seem crowded and there was always plenty of space and privacy. I want to give a big shout out to the cleaning service employees because our room was always immaculate. Also big shout out to our concierge Valentina who gave us very good information regarding going to the amazing and exciting Carnivale. Aruba knows how to party!!
The hotel is new, sparkling clean and very convenient, all staff were very helpful and polite, but I would like to thank especially Leonardo at the front desk on the day of our departure.
The only inconvenience the beach area to small and is not close to the hotel
This was the perfect location that is walkable to all the bars, restaurants, shopping and everything that is close by! The hotel is beautiful & staff are amazing and helpful in making your visit perfect! Would def stay here again for my next visit
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had a shower built for 6 but not even a counter to put your toiletries. Sink was 1 foot by 2 feet on top of counter which allowed water to go everywhere. 1washcloth, 1handtowel and 2 bath towels were provided for 2 quests, had to ask for more . No pens or writing pads in the rooms. Hopefully since this was a new hotel, these issues will be corrected. If it wasn’t for the fantastic staff I would have been disappointed with this hotel.

The staff at front desk Zarya and Dave where very good as well was the women where we get the towels very friendly and helpful. The unit we stayed was cold not welcoming at all the smoke alarm in the living room light continued to flash bright all night long. The shower water pressure was maybe the worst i've seen in Aruba. The latch to the little porch was broken. The floor needed some rugs the room continued to echo. The gym was to small. 8 people and it was crowded. Their needs to be a speed bump in front of your building it is like a raceway.
When we checked in, they didn't have a room in the category we reserved. They finally took care of that with an upgrade, but it took 3 hours. The restaurant where breakfast was served had no orange juice or french toast the entire time we were there. The lobby and hallways were very hot, especially the first floor of the hotel. They need to get their act together. We won't stay there again.
