I did a mother / daughter getaway for the weekend. Our first night there we were awakened by someone coming through our bedroom window at 1:30 in the morning. Also that same night doors slamming all night and loud people partying which we dismissed at first. Then the night worker kind of dismissed as the girl was trying to check up on a friend. Next morning spoke to the manager and she said she would have a meeting with the cleaning staff because I questioned why was our window unlocked on a ground floor to begin with. And she also said she would speak to the night worker. I just feel like the whole situation was down played for the anxiety it caused me to have all night. This could have definitely been a worse situation with them coming in a window had it been someone else. I definitely don’t think I will be staying here again. Also on another note the hotel was filled with college students partying and being loud. They were there for some sports event. I have no problem with that other than they should put them all on a separate wing away from families trying to sleep and enjoy their time there.

We rented a deluxe room room was kind of dirty no shampoos used bar soaps. Cetepide in the jacuzzi other bugs around the jucuzzi. Pool was cold and area was freezing .

Found bed bugs and when I reported to staff I was not offered a resolution. I left and paid 3 times as much for a last minute check in at a hotel at 11pm. No refund. No offer to fix. Never again.
