Great hotel. Made my engagement special. Easy parking, restaurant/bar across the street is amazing, and hotel is very close to the Cliff Walk and down town Newport. Great beach views.

The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was walking distance to the Rhode Race, which was great! Also, the restaurants all around that were in walking distance were wonderful, as well.

The hotel was average. Room was nice but property as a whole is outdated. Our room was clean. The shower was absolutely horrible, no water pressure at all. Finally hotel was extremely loud with kids running up and down the halls screaming, slamming doors and making all kinds of noise that lasted well past midnight. Air conditioner in the room is very loud. It runs for about 30 seconds then shuts off for 1-2 minutes and then the cycle repeats. Couldn’t hear the television. Ended up shutting it off and opening the window, luckily it was a nice night.
