Service was excellent. Even though ran into hiccups because hotel could make changes due to being “booked through a 3rd party” (ie Orbitz), front desk staff and management took the time to ensure everything was taking care of. Special should out to Gerard who went above and beyond!

Staff was excellent although several people in front of us had trouble with Expedia reservations. We had no trouble checking in other than waiting behind those that did. The hotel is dated and under a lot of construction but everyone was friendly. The heat didn’t work in one of the two rooms I reserved. It was miserable and no accommodation was made. The weather was cold, damp and rainy and we really needed heat. Actually ended up,getting sick because we had no heat. I think once the construction and any updates are completed the riverwalk location could be very desirable. Once again the whole staff especially the young lady overseeing breakfast was terrific. They deserve raises working under those circumstances right now.
