Was really underwhelmed during our stay. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night both nights were were there. Forcing us to evacuate the building at 2 in the morning. Both times apparently a “false alarm” according to staff. The shower in our room had spots of mold in the grout which was unpleasant. The hallway was incredibly noisy at night. And by booking through Expedia we were supposed to receive some complimentary bottle of wine from the hotel as a part of our stay, which we never received. Enjoyed the city, but was bummer staying here.

CHECK IN WAS SO QUICK AND EASY! ROOMS SUPER NICE, UPDATED AND SPACIOUS! ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS SOMEONE SET OFF THE FIRE ALARM BOTH NIGHTS WE WERE THERE AND HAD TO BE EVACUATED! DEFINITELY NOT THE HOTELS FAULT, BUT HOPEFULLY THERE WERE CONSEQUENCES, ESPECIALLY THE LAST NIGHT BC IT WAS 145 IN THE AM!

The location of this hotel was perfect! Walking distance to many restaurants and popular locations such as bourbon street and Jackson square. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. At the time of my visit alot of the hotel amenities were not available but did not effect my stay.
