Pretty close to bourbon st. The elevator just stopped working for a while because we were waiting on it for about 30-40 mins. I didn’t like the parking situation but I believe it’s only temporary.

Staff great and friendly, very helpful, riom was comfortable, nicely located to sites. Inly thing bad to say was 1 of working elevator was not working for short time, but they got up and running. Nice breakfast and bar.

100yr old hotel needing updates NOW
This had to be the worst experience i ever had staying at a hampton inn. Starting with having 2 elevators and one was sone the entire 4days i was there. The only working elevator stopped working on multiple occasions at one point they had an employee only allowing 3 people in at a time. However the problem wasn’t there the problem came into play when the elevator stopped while we were on it on the 7th floor and he disappeared leaving me stuck for 10 mins. Before having to walk down several flights of stairs. During my stay the staff had given me and my family complementary bottles of water every day on the 3rd day when came in and asked for water I'm assuming this guy had to be the general manager stated the only water they had was for purchasing and directed us to the price list. The house keeping staff was rude and never once replaced any of our towels after calling for towels hand soap and tissue on 2 different days. The only person i interacted with and was pleasant was the bartender. My stay here was horrible . 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
