Toilet didn’t work when we arrived. Had to call maintenance. He only plunged it and did not solve the problem. Toilet needs to be replaced and would not flush at end of our stay. Only here two nights. Very dated property and needs updating immediately. Especially at an outrageous $400 per night. Our stay at a much cheaper Holiday Inn was far better.

Decent hotel it’s outdated, the beds are lumpy and the pillows are terrible. With that being said I feel safe walking around in the area. Parking is available and the location is very convenient.

AC was not cool enough. The shower had growths all in the grout on tile. The beds were HORRIBLE!!!! I complained to the staff about everything and they just sent someone that said they worked on the AC but it was still way too hot.

The only surprise I had was when I checked in and was told there was a $25 resort fee per day. The lady who checked me in said if I spend money with the hotel each day, I will get $10 back per day at the end of my stay. So, for three days, I had to pay $75 and at the end of my stay, I believe, I received $10 back. So ... what really is the deal? I enjoyed staying at The Hilton Riverside in New Orleans. I thought I had paid everything before I came but no. Extra charges. That was the only surprise I had. Overall, GREAT stay!!!
