I have to start by saying that almost every staff member that I came across was professional and helpful, the property is in a good location close to everything within walking distance, and across from the Mississippi River, the hotel was nice but nothing spectacular, I woke up with a sore back every day (never happens) In my opinion the food was average, but what I think it lacked the most was the little details that will take a property/ hotel/ chain a notch about the rest not sure how to explain it, but almost felt like staying at an overpriced Marriott, not trying to sound snobbish but not a true 5 star property feeling in my opinion to say the least.

Loved everything about this hotel experience. The location is fantastic. The staff is welcoming & friendly. The rooms are beautifully decorated & the bed is super comfortable. The products in the bathrooms were high quality. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here.

Our stay at The Four Seasons was amazing from start to finish! The room was so comfortable, the bathroom and shower was amazing. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as room service and all of the food was fantastic!! The location is great with walking distance to the French Quarter and an outlet shopping mall right next door. The only negative was the Caesar's construction going on in front of the hotel which was more of an eye sore than a noise issue for us. Some people we met complained about the noise from the train that goes right past the hotel but we didn't notice any noise at all. We were on the 16th floor. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

My first time staying at a Four Seasons property, which I was so grateful to do. The New Orleans staff is the definition of Southern Hospitality. Everyone was incredibly kind, all of my needs were met, and I felt welcomed. My room was upgraded to the executive suite with a view of the city and river, which I had requested. The food was memorizing including the Gumbo and Bingents (Which I miss already). The iPad provided in the room was so convenient, any time I needed something the staff was right there. The chandelier bar is beautiful as well and all the bartenders are incredibly talented and attentive. A beautiful property, with a beautiful staff inside and out. The ONLY place I'm willing to stay in New Orleans. Thank you again and see yall soon.

The luggage took over a hour to reach our room once we checked in. Which caused us to miss our valentines prepaid dinner at another restaurant. Housekeeping was informed 2 days prior to checking in that my girlfriend is allergic to down comforters and pillows. They did not have it removed from the room on arrival.

The property is great and conveniently located to the French Quarter and shopping. The amenities and staff were excellent. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to NOLA.
