Booked here as our go to resort was booked. Nice facility with updated kitchen. Only issue was that room was not available at 4pm check in time as indicated.

The young man that checked me in was awesome. He had alot of energy and was very positive. The room was nice and clean. It didn't have an iron. I called down stairs and one was brought up rather quick. I wish I had booked a room with ocean view since my kids ended up going. I would stay again.

Smelled like old smoke and furniture had stains. Standing in the room made me start itching.

The resort fee lists umbrells for the beach There is none You have to pay outsider for that.

The woman staff here is trash in rude AF the area is not safe high robbing

Pool was not very clean. Water was cut off to pool umbrellas early. Staff was nice and polite. Room was nice and had everything that i needed.

Over all it place was clean Carpet need to be updated Great place! Well stay again

From our room we had wonderful views of the ocean. We also loved the in room kitchen, where we were able to prepare meals.

The property is very close to the beach and airport. It has spacious rooms with great views of the beach. Parking is included with the room, and wifi works well. The decor in the rooms needs to be updated, and the hotel may need to be fumigated. All in all, it is a great price for a good room.

The property is rundown, dirty and needs to be updated. It does NOT look like the photos. Our unit smelled like smoke, despite posted signs indicating smoking was prohibition and would fines would be imposed for smoking. The lazy river pool was closed. There was trash in the area between the pool and the beach. The property to the south is dilapidated and closed with algae and trashed filled pools. The highlight was the balcony and Scooby’s restaurant. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. But we definitely would not stay there again. Extremely disappointing.

Excellent facilities. Clean. Very family friendly. My only wish is that we were higher up than the third floor. Palm trees block the view of the surf at that level. Minor complaint, I know. We would definitely return!

Hi Carleather! Thank you for giving us a superior rating despite having some dissatisfaction with the TV service. For ease of guest use, we use a fiber optic driven service that doesn't require extra equipment as a way to enhance the guest TV experience. For those used to cable boxes, there are some features such as a selectable guide that might be missed. But the Fiber Optic service provides us with unbeatable picture quality and super fast internet speeds!

Hi Danielle! We are glad you enjoyed your oceanfront condo with fully equipped kitchen. Our check-in time is advertised as beginning at 4pm. Not all rooms can be cleaned during busy changeover days by 4pm so we advise guests that while check-in begins at 4pm, some may expect delays. To make check-in easier and to allow our guests to make the most of their vacation time, we do take guest contact information on arrival and offer to call immediately once the room is ready for arrival. This way our guests do not have to wait around and can comfortably begin enjoying their visit while they wait. Parking in the garage is available prior to check in as is the use of the resort facilities such as the pools.

Hello,We have a strict no smoking policy, but unfortunately some people do not always adhere to these rules. We do our best to neutralize these odors and clean the room when we do find evidence of smoking. We apologize this was not the case for the unit you checked into, but we would have been happy to move you to another room. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to do so and we understand you were only staying for one night and decided to leave instead. We hope you will give us another chance in the future and we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.
