Home is completely remodeled and beautifully furnished with comfy beds and furniture, and large living area with big screen, Roku TV with free WIFI for all of your streaming needs!
Enjoy this pristine, completely renovated home! Located in the Wiles Hill-Highland Park neighborhood just adjacent to Ruby Memorial Hospital and the WVU campus. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, home has newly remodeled kitchen, bath, and living areas. New flooring throughout with all new furniture and appliances. You have everything you need in this home to make you comfortable on a family vacation, business trip, football game, or a quaint weekend getaway!
Guests can park in the front of the unit (1 space) with additional parking (1-2 spaces) in the back of the property. The entrance of the property can be accessed in the front area, a few steps from your parking space. Upon entry, you will be on the main floor living area where you will find a kitchen/dining room, and living room w/ big screen TV. Stairs just off the living room take you to the downstairs laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. Stairs near the front door entry on the main floor take you upstairs to the 2 bedrooms and full bathroom.
The neighborhood is very safe and is a short walk to the WVU Mountaineer football stadium and Ruby Memorial hospital. Restaurants and shopping are just a short drive (minutes) away.
