I would stay here again. What a great historic building. Excellent customer service! So close to everything in old Montreal. Just loved it!
This hotel is like a quaint Parisian hotel. If you love a comfy bed and exposed rock walls this is your place. The staff is incredible and the location is fantastic. Walkable to some amazing restaurants.
The service was great, from the valet when we checked in to the valet when we checked out . Outstanding from top to bottom, turnng down the bed , closing the curtains and leaving a Choclate and a bottle water each night..very special.
My husband and I *loved* this hotel. The building is a century-old former warehouse converted into a hotel - the exposed brick and features of the hotel are charming. The location is perfect if you want to see Old Montreal. We paid slightly extra for a river view, and I'm glad we did. The two restaurants on site are also fantastic. But probably the best thing about this hotel is the staff. To a person, they were friendly and helpful. In particular, Thomas (the concierge) helped us plan a full day of activities that really capped off our time in Montreal. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
