The food at Deja two years ago was so much better. I don’t know if there has been new management but past experience was excellent. Our authentic Jamaican breakfast especially could be better.

I had a great experience at Deja Resort Montego Bay. We required different room accommodations, the receptionist, Chrissia and Karla, assisted us without question. Our bartender Satia was a great conversationalist and made the perfect rum punch. We also interacted with Raquel, bartender by the pool, who was also very personable. Our valet, Dixon, ensured there was no congestion in front of the hotel when arrived and he always met us with a greeting and positive attitude. He also did a great job directing us to areas outside the property as well as stopping traffic when crossing the street to Doctors Cave beach. All the wait staff, cannot remember their names, were attentive and the food was good.
The food menu was average, but otherwise an excellent choice for the money.
Although there was construction going on and it was a bit noisy the Deja is a very comfortable and relaxing place. It's located at one of my favorite beaches Doctor's Cave and across from Starbuck's. The view from the balconies and the Deja is so romantic. It's nice to sit and watch the sun rise and set. Jah Bless!
It was right on the Hip Strip and close to shopping and the beach (right across the street!!) The food was excellent! The only problem was lots of noise and some inconvenience due to construction going on at the resort. Also some activities didn’t pan out (from the activities board).
Location is good. There is a Doctor cave beach across the street, which is great place for everything including snorkeling on great coral reef with lot of life. Everything else is mediocre at best. Food is is very basic and simple, but OK. Bar selection is very limited. Room was clean, but have very poor sound isolation from street traffic noice. Bath curtain was too short ant placed to close to the wall,and will wrap around you as you will try to take a shower.
