First of all, the staff was very nice. Everyone working there needs a raise for everything they have to put up with. The pool was closed 1/3 of the time. The carpet in the building is coming up all over the place. I was booked into a room that had no hot water, the AC wasn't fully functional and the room was so humid that the carpet stayed wet. The staff was so amazing and handled my concerns wonderfully. They got us a new room. There was only one functional elevator my whole trip. Card keys/readers are very flakey.
Not a bad hotel but extremely basic for the price. I've stayed at better hotels for a fraction of the price here.

This hotel was nice and in a good location. Not the most up to date and luxurious of a Hampton we’ve ever stayed in. They first put us in a handicapped room and then the hot water didn’t work. Took a little while for them to come check it and then they moved us a few doors down. No one asked to help us move our things or give any sort of compensations or benefits as this was very aggravating at 9pm when you go to take a shower after a long day of travel.
Great setting in the trees. Ability to walk to two restaurants.
