This was not my first time staying at this location and I keep coming back because of the service and amenities. This is a wonderful hotel with a polite staff and spacious rooms. I’ve stayed at other properties in the area and this one is my favorite.

Nice locale, mostly friendly staff. Clean. Meh.
Too many people so i was trying to be patient. I got in late and was exhausted after a 4 hour drive. I got a ton of attitude from Jackson but assumed the hotel was busy and probably dealt with a lot. Missed out on my drink vouchers but wasn't really explained the kick back area and all. The next day Justice turned it around a bit but i was told I'd d get a call back about it. Never did. Later that day, I wanted to ask about it all, and sure enougg i got Jackson and my buddy that was with me mentioned that he just had an attitude with me and seemed jusr stans offish from the beginning. Wasnt apologetix or even seem like they gave a damn. I know he knows who I am and that sucks because theres a bartender with glasses that made one of the better old fashioneds ive ever had. Like i mentioned Justice was great. When we did check out a lady I hadnt seen before wanted me to tell her what happened but i was over it all. Kids running around everywhere. Knocking on random doors til 11ish the first night. I know somethings can't be helped but thatst review for an over priced hotel.
