We love staying with Embassy Suites, it is our go to hotel! The hotel was clean, quiet and staff was very friendly! Our room was very HOT and we could not get it to cool down, the person at the front desk said they would get the air fixed while we were out or we "could just open a window". Nothing was done, our room was 75 degrees all night, very disappointing.

Comforters were Dirty with stains everywhere. Couches had visible dirt and stains . Bathroom shower had hair on the walls . Empty soap shampoo bottles. Blinds in bedroom didn't close fully . It was a disgusting room . Sydney at the front desk was the only good thing about our stay.

The manager Saturday night was great. He saw that my young daughter was upset due to a lot of noisy/rowdy teenagers in the pool, and he went out of his way to let us know that in a short time the group would be leaving for the night. I will stay here again whenever I am in the Milwaukee area.

Good higher end hotel
Very nice higher end hotel. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Good common areas for family to gather. Nice to get two complimentary drinks each evening. The breakfast was included and had a good variety of items. You could even have a cooked to order omelet. Would definitely stay again.
