This is my second time staying at a True by Hilton. My first time was in Denver and I loved it so I was happy to staying again at a new location. The lobby is very relaxing, the rooms are great and the complimentary coffee and tea is such a great touch! When I checked in I was informed I could grab 2 water bottles which I was very excited about. The room comes either hand soap & lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I love not having to bring additional toiletries. The best part of staying at this hotel is the continental breakfast! It includes such a great spread of eggs, sausage patties, bread and bagels (toaster included), yogurt, oatmeal and fruit. However my favorite offering is the pancake machine! Not only is it cool, but they’re good too. There is also a billiards table and board games in the lobby. You can’t go wrong staying at this hotel.

Great staff!
Wonderful hotel, great staff! Very clean, and rooms great. Bed a little stiff, and only ice machine third floor near exercise area did not make sense. Overall a great hotel that I would recommend to anyone!

The property itself is a good place to stay, mid level hotel, welcoming staff, snacks, there are frozen dinners available for purchase and 2 free bottles of water upon check in. Plus they do offer to hold your luggage. Room was clean, no bugs or anything like that. Some things i thought could use some improvement: the eggs at the continental breakfast were pretty bad. Also communication to guest regarding check out times. Expedia has noon listed as the check out time. Luckily i called down to the front desk the morning of my check out to confirm the time and was told check out is 11am and since i booked with expedia I needed to contact them regarding having the wrong check out time listed. I responded that I'm ok to check out at 11am however as I'm not an employee of Expedia or Tru Hilton why would I be contacting Expedia to correct their website. The clerk stated they would alert the manager to contact Expedia. So just be aware regardless of what Expedia has posted, CHECK OUT IS 11 am!!
